The compilation entitled "Towards the joy" collects for the first time some of the finest musical compositions of Marco Frisina specially composed and the recorded images to be combined with some of the great and beautiful films made by LuxVide for the small screen as part of the project "The Bible." The 14 tracks that make up this CD are the result of great interest from viewing the movies by admirers of Marco Frisina. There are four new orchestrations that Marco Frisina wanted to accomplish especially for this occasion creating arrangements for piano and strings, and the result is that, in these songs, you can more readily appreciate the importance of melodic themes, a non- trivial melancholy and a poetic intensity and mild whispered ... like a breath dusting the soul. This music in particular, but in general all music by Marco Frisina, gives us a sense of graceful living and more, on this occasion, we realize how intense and deep it is. "Towards the joy" is sensory and intimate.
